LLJ Property, formed in Abu Dhabi in 2005, by the Founders - Linda Loughnane, Lubna A. Al Ruzeiqi and Jane Woods in association with the Al Masaood Group.
The founders bring to the company over 25 years of real estate experience in the United Arab Emirates. This experience, combined with Linda Loughnane and Jane Woods’ international property and financial backgrounds and Lubna A. Al Ruzeiqi’s extensive knowledge of the GCC market, creates the ideal synergy to enable LLJ Property to offer comprehensive property services to the emerging Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Property Sales
Through their reputation for customer service, follow up and attention to detail, the Founders of LLJ Property have established an extensive client base within the UAE and GCC, as well as working with many overseas investors, including those from UK and Europe, Kenya, South East Asia, South Africa, Russia and the Sub-Continent. This client base, together with LLJ Property’s network of international real estate agents, enables the company to maximise marketing exposure of property projects for sale.
A number of those relationships have resulted in key clients appointing LLJ Property as their acquisition agents in the UAE. In this capacity the founders have been successful in sourcing suitable investment opportunities within the Dubai market for individual and institutional investors.
The Founders’ valuable sales experience has evolved from initially selling land and buildings between GCC nationals, to the sale of “freehold” residential property to both local and foreign owners. In their previous roles with Asteco Property Management, they were actively involved in the initial release of property for sale on The Palm, Jumeirah – the UAE’s first freehold project – and have since been involved in the successful sale and marketing of a number of landmark projects e.g. The Palm Jebel Ali, JLT, Jumeirah Islands, International City, Al Barsha, WTCR, including the sale of buildings, land plots, individual and bulk unit purchases.
International Property Sales
LLJ Property’s international division primarily focuses on the sale of investment property located in UK.
Property Management
LLJ Property has developed bespoke Property Management systems to enable them to manage property from an individual unit to extensive portfolios. These systems will continue to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of this market.
Property Marketing
The Founders’ experience in the successful marketing of property brings to any project the ability to pull together the necessary components, i.e. PR, marketing, advertising, model-making companies to ensure effective marketing of the project.
